Lancashire / Brackley Family

Seeking more information on Samuel or Jane Brackley and family. 1881 Census lists Jane, and (7) children at 41 & 43 Pocket Nook St., Parr, Lancashire, England. Jane was a McIntyre, born about 1833, Cavan, Ireland.
(James my grandfather, immigrated to Canada) (Thomas lived in New Jersey, U.S.A. married an Alice), (Samuel lived in New York city), (Arthur also lived in New York City, and married twice), Mary Ann, (Elizabeth lived in Rio DE Janeiro, married twice, Edmundson then Edwardo Musto), and Sarah. Also believe two children George, and John, died young and are buried in England.
I always understood my grandfather came from St.Helen's. Is Parr part of St. Helen's?
