Wondering if anyone could help me with an inquest or newspaper reports. My 3rd great-grandfather and mother both died in their 40's. John William Taylor died aged 43 and was found dead at 14 Nassau Street, All Souls, Marylebone, London on 12 Sep 1856. He was a Coach Currier. Death cerificate says: Suicide by hanging - mind unsound. Inquest. Wakley coronor - 1 Bedford Street, Strand. Louisa Taylor (his widowed wife) died aged 46 at 24 Rathbone Place, London on 14 Apr 1861 from a Extravasation of blood on the brain - Natural. Postmortem exam, Information received from Thomas Wakley - Cornonor for Middlesex. Inquest held 19th April 1861. I have also found a record of her death on the St Pancras, Middlesex Workhouse reports and it reads: Taylor Louisa age 45, 24 Rathbone Place Death 14 Apr 1861 William. J Morgan (a Funeral Furnisher) of 96 Gt Portland Street, took her away on the 22 Apr 1961. I would love to know more about the circumstances of their deaths. They had left behind 6 children including my 2nd great-grandmother Emma Taylor who was aged 9 at the time. So any information including newspaper reports will be great. Thank you all in advance.
