Thanks for responding, I have went through the 1891 & 1901 Census for Antoine & Hortense and could find only the children below as resident with them at Tindals Wynd, Dundee, I will search the 1911 Census for further info and let you know.


Children:

Mary Ann De Gernier, B:1877
Fanny De Gernier, B:1879
Antoine De Gernier, B:1884
Anne Hortense Camile Verplanche De Gernier, B:1886
Francois De Gernier, B:1894

Other De Gerniers I have come across are listed below residing at the Greenmarket in 1891,

Gustav De Gernier B:1869, France
Christina De Gernier B:1869, Fife
William De Gernier, B:1889
Christina De Gernier, B:1890

As above with the additional info for 1901 Castle Court,

Hortence, B:1892
Betsy, B: 1894
Mary A, B:1896
Eliza A, B:1898
William Balfour, Lodger

Not sure if any of it makes sense or is any help to you, have confirmed the first part through documentation, will see what I can come up with and let you know on the remainder.
