Hi again all.

I've been doing some more digging. Burnham Westgate St Marys is also referred to as 'St Marys Westgate, Burnham Market'.

I'm even more stumped  ???

Ok I'm unsure If I have.

I've checked the Norfolk Record Office catalogue and there's no mention of Burnham Market St Marys burials, but it does mention 'Burnham Wesgate with Burnham Market' several times. Maybe I need to contact the vicar for the church regarding the burial records. There's quite a few churches in close proximity!

John is her father. Both of her parents are buried at Burnham Sutton.

Do you mean St Marys churchyard? If so yes I've checked their burial records

I've just researched M Illingworth, it seems he was the Master of the Kings Lynn Union, which was also on Extons Road

Afternoon!

I’m trying to find the burial for my ancestor, Gertrude Alice Armiger. She was born at Burnham Westgate and died 2nd June 1934, aged 47 years at 36 Extons Road, Kings Lynn. On her death certificate it says she was ‘Of Friars Thorn, Burnham Market’. I've look at the following places burial records with no luck. Does anyone else have any ideas where she could be buried? I’m stumped.

* Hardwick Cemetery
* Burnham Sutton
* Burnham Deepdale
* Burnham Norton
* Burnham Overy
* Burnham Sutton with Ulph
* Burnham Thorpe
* Burnham Westgate

Thank you :)

London and Middlesex / Maria Olley - Trial 1900
« on: Saturday 22 February 25 11:52 GMT (UK)  »
Happy Saturday,

I'm trying to find a newspaper article regarding my great great grandmother, Maria Olley who was on trial for GBH towards her husband (James) and another lady (Mary Miles) in Notting Dale, the first but not the last time she attacked James.

I have a newspaper article from 19th October 1900 in the West London Observer, and an ancestry record stating the date of the trial (24th October 1900) and the outcome, but can't find anything in the newspaper regarding the trial.

I hope that makes sense!

Hope you're well

That's very true!

Unfortunately Glenn was involved in a motorbike accident in February 1980, he was 19. He left a massive hole in the family but my mum and uncle often talk about him.

I've got Francis and Susannah as the parents of my 5th great grandfather, John, and baptised in Great Melton 21 June 1778, but I'm not 100% sure where I got that baptism from  ??? I will need to double check that!
