Thank you so much for your reply. I in fact have thought for some time that the Drew Piggott born 1743 was the Drew of my 1768 marriage in Sunbury. The difficult part is to find evidence that at some point he made that move.
Of GREAT importance!!! Do you know any living Piggott male from this line? If so, we really need to get a DNA analysis so that we stand a chance of confirming all of our suppositions. In my direct maternal Piggott line there is only one living Piggott male living in New Zealand. So far we have not had any luck in getting a DNA test from him. However, there is at least one other line that I know of descending from the St Leonards, Heston families resulting from the Drew Piggott marriage.
