Hi  when searching Parish records for County Tipperary,
the County is divided into 3 diocese, north Tipp, mid and south, to contact north Tipp - northtipperarygenealogy[at][/blue]eircom.net
South Tipp parishes dealt with in Waterford - mnoc[at][/blue]iol.ie and
mid Tipp and parts of limerick - www.tfhr.org
there is a cost for research but you could check out their websites, depending on the parish some records won't go as far back as 1827 others go back to 1790
(Replace [at] with @)

hope this helps you

There is a fee for the research, you can check out their website for more info  www.tfhr.org    Maher is often recorded as Meagher when checking records you should check under both spellings
