If you google the Index of Irish Death Notices "B" , Francis Gamble Blood is mentioned.

Hello. The meaning of unbodied is "not having a material body",so that can be taken as deceased. As to Sarahville;there are a number of Sarahville in Cork. There is a Sarahville in Pouladuff and Ballyphehane. The time that you are looking at though I would recommend taking a look at  an old map of Cork, the Local Studies in the Library, Grand Parade are very helpful. If you had an idea of the area of the city they were living in you could narrow it down as many places went through a name change,e.g. King St. became MacCurtain St,etc.Good luck with your search.
PS. corkcitypastandpresent.ie is a good site to look at old maps of Cork.

Cork / Fred Lord Miller
« on: Friday 22 June 12 18:54 BST (UK)  »
I am trying to find out about the parents of Fred Lord Miller who died ,aged 2 years on November 12,1915 and is buried in the Old Cemetery,Cobh,Co.Cork.I have come across a Frederick William Miller living on Spike Island in the 1911  census.Frederick William seemed to have married  Francis Mary who was born in Northhampton,England. They were married in 1909.Since there does not seem to be any parents buried with Fred or no graves around his with the same surname I am wondering what became of his parents.

Hi Mitch.Only just found your query on this site.I am currently doing some research on my Gran Uncle. His name was Eugene Mehegan and he joined the Royal Munster Fusiliers on 21st February 1900;regimental number 6445.Eugene was sent to South Africa 8th -6-1900 and spent two years there. He was then posted to India,23rd -9-1902 to the 10-1-1908.He then arrived home and was posted to the reserve from 21st -2-1908 to the 20th-2-1912.
Eugene was mobilised again on the 5th of August,1914 at Tralee Depot and sent to France. He was attached to the 2nd Battalion,Royal Munster Fusiliers.I have found out that he was taken POW on the 27th of August,1914.
My research is still ongoing but Eugene survived the war and died in Cork City on the 19th of August 1937.I am aware that it is notoriously hard to to find out any information on POW's during WW1,I still have a lot of gaps to fill in,but in a nut shell those are the main points.Hope you find Eugene's story interesting.Good luck with your research.Declan.

Can you locate your great grand father on the census for 1901 or 1911? I recently was looking up a gran uncle of mine , around 1900.Even though they lived at the Lough Road, the parish was St.Finbarrs.
