Hi I am looking for any information on the eastwoods living in the gypsy encampment in ash tree lane.  I understand that their was a women named 'Granny Eastwood' and her picture was in a book.  I believe she may have been related to  my great great grandfather James R Eastwood.  any info would be appreciated!!!!

Hi Carole, thanks for those dates. my mum always told me that her parents married after she was born and when he got divorced from his first wife.  Although as we are tracing family history we are finding out that many things my grandparents told her were not always true!  :) seems they changed minor details to make it better so the idea that he may not have been divorced is a possibility Thomas and Sarah Ann (Annie) were also cousins.
