Can you tell me what volume towns near Markinch and  Auchterderran would be in?  Are the burial records from the OPR's or did someone look for the stones? Thanks

 Thanks for the reply!!!
I do have some of the  marriages for the children of David and Margaret Condi Arnot
Henry married Jane T. Sturrock he died  in Miravonside, Sterling November 23 1892 (They had several children), She was on the 1901 Census( as I recall)

David married Marjory Campbell daughter  of Andrew and Christina Mitchell Campbell in 1864. They married in Leslie. On the birth record for her daughter, Marjory was called Mary. The daughter they named Christina after Marjory's mother was born in 1865.  Marjory Campbell Arnott died of Peritonitis five days later and Little Christina became Marjory.  Little Marjory lived with her Arnott grandparents and her Aunt Agnes Arnott. No more is known yet of David, he did not return to his parental home.

James age 17 was last found in Curie , Midlothian in 1861
Robert born in 1830 in the 1841 census no further
William left for the US, I have his info
Agnes lived with her parents until the death of her father in 1886.

Henry wrote to his brother William at the death of their father in 1886 and said that Father is buried next to mother in what looked to me as Bushery, near Markinch . I can locate no town with any name that looks like that.
Thanks for any help. Hattie
