Wow, wow, wow!

Thank you very much!  It helps me incredibly.
When it says car owner, Tipperary - is that Martin Gleeson's occupation in Tipperary - like a chauffeur, or taxi service?

Were there any McCormack's in Adare that you saw?  Is Adare a section of its own on the census?  I noticed you were researching McCormack's- do any of your have British Military History?  That's how I was able to link these families.

Thank you tremendously, I sincerely appreciate your time.

Hi,

I would greatly appreciate a lookup.  I am researching McCormack/ick of Adare and Gleesons of Adare and Limerick City/Irishtown - Garvey's Range.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks very much Christopher, I'll see if that leads anywhere.  The marriage actually took place in Canada.  I had believed both were from Tipperary, until this record .   ???

Offaly (Kings) / Need townland advice for Offaly

Hello,

I could use some opinions on a marriage record(McCormack/Cleary), we have just come across for my gggrandfather in 1848.  His hometown is listed as Milane/Kings County.  The only Milane I can find is in Cork.  I have hit SeanRuad, with no luck.  Is there anything that phonetically sounds like Milane that could be in Kings, or is there one that I am not seeing?  Thanks very much in advance, all input is most welcome and greatly appreciated.

Jean

Hello, I have a Tipperary Cleary who married a Kings County/Milane area McCormack in the mid 1800's.

Hello, I joined this because I saw your post.  Have you considered the townland of Ballina?  There are several, one in County Mayo, one in Tipperary.  The B may have looked/sounded like a K quite easily to a transcriber, or to an enumerator.
