I think I may have mentioned before that my husband came from Boston Spa and went to school in Leeds. He worked there (teacher) for a couple of year after we married. We came to Ottawa in 1967. A long time ago now.

If you check FreeReg out you will see the transcription I did for Blatherwycke where many of our clan were born.

A number of years ago I researched the Trayford name which became a one name study.

I probably don't have the most recent lines but I have transcribed Blatherwycke Baptisms and did go through the Parish Registers. I placed that transcription on FreeReg.

My tree is extensive. My link starts with Florence Trayford Coles my maternal grandmother born 1890 in Kings Cliffe.Nths.
She later moved to Sheffield with her new husband.
I have John Trayford (Traphat) baptised Richmansworth, Herts. 1677. He was in Blatherwycke at the time of his marriage to Sarah Scott in 1706.

I have done a one name study of the Trayfords and remember seeing Catherine but couldn't link her in with her parents.

This will be great getting one of my mysteries sorted out.

William Trayford (1799) has a daughter Catherine but she is younger than yours and she moved to London and married there.
