According to "The Annals of Forres" published in 1934, Frasers Buildings were off Pilmuir Road.  There were two rows with their gables towards Pilmuir Road, a total of 36 houses with 46 or 48 tenants.  There was a shop in the westernmost gable a grocers owned for many years by a Miss Smith and latterly by her nephew James Smith.
I remember them being there in a poor state but still occupied in the early sixties.
As mentioned in other posts the area has been completely developed

Sorry I can't be more specific. You have walked round the place yourself so you know what an area it covers,
If you want to visit the grave your best bet is to ask for the location at the record office at Kirkcaldy Crematorium. Just give them as much information regarding dates etc. as you have. They have helped me in the past.
If you just want a photo there are a couple of websites who can provide this at very reasonable cost.

Charles died 14/3/1960 aged 57, Barbara died 12/10/1965 aged 58.
For copyright reasons cannot send photo of stone but looks like it is the newer part of what is a large cemetery,
There is a regular contributor to this forum who may be able to provide the photo
