Now I would love to know who the parents are of Samuel and Nancy.
Also anything else you can tell me .
Also I believe that Nancy, Eliz, James,  stay in Ireland.  I believe that all the rest came to Canada in early in 1860. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Also how far back does your gro go and how do i find it?

Thanks for all you have tried to do. I really appreciated it.  Also Peter has help a lot  as well.

Now William is My gr gr grandfather.  now for Betty and John they are James and Dorothy children we believe but cann't prove, these other John Hulme Lightfoot  he is a nephew of Betty.

I believe the James and Ann From Dunham is Williams father but cann't prove it.

But thanks for all your help and Peters'.

Thanks for the info.  Now by any chance did you see any children for either couple.

Now James  & Dorothy were husband and wife, but the thing is I don't know who their children is accept for Betty who was in the 1841 Census.

William Lightfoot head wid 46 ag/lab Bowden

John Lightfoot head 41ag lab Bowden  (he died 1859 age 50)
Betty sister 51  bread seller  Bowden (died 15-5-1882 69 yrs)

Thomas  Partington  visitor 30 jopiner Scotlalnd
Marie Green visitor 9 scholar  Manchester

Now:

James died in 09-05-1847  at age 78  buriel at St. Mary's Church Bowdon,  Dorothy and Betty are also buried Their.

Need to find out.

Don't know where this James  who was married to Dorothy is Born,  and who all his children are.  His parents would also be great.

Now for James  and Annie Smith married on 25-02-1794
from Dunham .

Need to know who his parents are and if they had any children.  and how many, etc.

In order to find out which one of these two are Williams father.

I have check at St Mary's and they have no other info. 

Any help would be very greateful.

Thanks a lot for the info on the Cotton Industries.  I have read a lot but so far no luck but very interesting reading.

Now I did check out Barry Shaw, and unfornately we are not the same line. but he did give me some info on Peter s. and Dorothy , that they are both dead, and buried in the same cemetery as Dorothy parents .

But I will contact Derrick at the archives and see if he can help anymore on the other children. 

So thanks again, and I will just keep looking .  Who know maybe I will get it someday.

Yes I do have it, I had order that as well, I also have their son's  James birth certificate.

Yes, I have order any one that I though might help me get to the bottom, which is Williams ' Parents, but so far all I got was his Father James Lightfoot. live at Tailsworth.  Which is not much.
