Anglesey is actually in Staffordshire, it is a parish to the south of Burton on Trent. ;D

The embossed writing is as follows:

The picture is printed on a postcard, with the following embossed on the bottom left hand corner: Fredrick Dew, The studio Park road Wigan. There are no other details.
