Hello Fran, just home from work to find your message, drop me a line at  *  whilest I take a look at my records, I do know that the  line from Isabella is not straight forward.  I have the Pypers  back to Montrose 1784.

Hello Sid, Thomas Smith born Kilrenny 24/3/1822 died 10/6/1885 Shore Rd Anstruther Wester was my G.G.G. Grandfather. He was a Master Mariner who at the time of his eldest daughter Cecilia's Marriage to James Pyper at Anstruther Wester 26/6/1863 was Chief Mate of the "Palmerston" London. I have doc's giving a line back from Thomas to James to William to Alexander married to Christian Balfour. If any of this connects to your research drop me a line back, as I have more information than I could detail here . Regards DP
