Hello, Graeme,
I have done some research in Roecliffe for & with a nephew whose photogragh standing beside the gravestone of his direct ancestor, Frederick William GOUGH (b. Thringstone 1824/ d. Roecliffe 1879) and his wife Frances, I took! I also have a photo of the coping tile on one of the walls surrounding the school, on which "Moses Gough 1878" has been scratched. I suspect you have a photograpgh of this too!
We did quite a bit of research there and visited the church (now decommisioned & redundant) & located the registers which were in the keeping of a former churchwarden!
If any of this is of interest to you I would happily share everything I have on this family & I suggest that this is best done on my Zoom account so that I can share screen to show you what I have.
Kind regards,
Malcolm [Bland]
