Hi to the Doyle researchers I have a family connection when my great grandmother Margaret Elizabeth Doyle married George Seabrook,
Her parent were James Doyle 1830 Margaret Mc Donnell abt 1830, the family from Wicklow Ireland.
This forum mentions that the ship Argyle went to Brisbane and has assumed the Family went there, but I believe they departed the Argyle in Sydney and the family moved to the Newcastle area in NSW.
Have noticed a lot of incorrect information on Ancestry and would like to connect with family
