Regarding " Pauls of Killearn" . John William Paul (jr). (born 19/12/1859)
John William Paul (jr) was my great grandfather. He immigrated to Quebec, Canada in 1883. Married, Anne Jane McIntrye (born Donegal, Ireland) December 8, 1897 @ Montreal, Quebec. ((worked for 'Uncle Walter'? as grocery clerk? livery?). Moved across the Canadian prairies to Turner Valley, Alberta (Calgary). Worked as rancher/with s horse. Had daughter - Minnie Paul, son Ernest Paul (deceased at young age in horse accident), daughter Hazel Paul, son Stanley Charles Paul (my grandfather). John William Paul deceased 19___49? Creston, British Columbia. To our knowledge John William Paul worked with horses but did not develop the black pea. I am looking for i) other Pauls of Killearn ? UK? Are there any Pauls still in Killearn? ii) information about the Drumbeg farm, iii) lineage re: John Paul senior in Killearn, iv) information regarding 'Walter' Paul of Montreal etc. Planning to travel to UK/Killearn at some point. Any information at all re: Pauls of Killearn greatly appreciated.
