Hi Lodger, Thank you very much for all your help. In your post you talk about the [2nd stone - "1852 John Lindsay died 1826. His son Robert died 28th April 1874 aged 73 years. (His wife Marion Brownlie died 16th June 1874 aged 74 years] This sound very like my John and Robert Lindsay I know that John Lindsay had a son named Robert and he married A Marion Brownlie [I have her name as Brownlee] and they had a son called James Brownlee Lindsay, do you have a name of A wife of John Lindsay or Mother of Robert Lindsay. I also have the names of some of John Lindsays Kids [ Robert born about 1798 to 1800 James born 1807 Sarah born 1811 and Janet born 1814. PS I also know that John Lindsay was a coachman. Thanks once again for all your help.

Can someone please help me, I cant find the Mother and Father of John Lindsay born Dalziel [I think] in 1770 or 1771, he got married on 16/04/1797 to Isabell Neilson in the parish of Hamilton. There kids were born in Barrons Dalziel from 1798 to 1814.
