Hello Ross
Thank you for your post, due to a stuff up from Telstra I have lost my old email address. I have tried to update my profile but it keeps kicking me out asking for the right Email address so I will put it here and you may contact me and it may be picked up by Roots Chat.
Kindest Regards

Hello EQUUS,
Thank you for contacting me and giving me the address for your Dad, I would like to also thank rootschat for assisting me in finding my long lost brothers I have been looking for over twenty years. Without this medium I would be still searching.

Hi Gerry,
I was just about to launch into a search for the name Wholohan, you have saved me some time as I seem to be answering all of this information from so many people wishing to help, so thank you and if you find anything else on the name Wholohan I would love to hear from you.
Kindest Regards Olaf

Hello Monica,
My Grandmother was Janet and I have to say what you have come up with sounds like it could be the answer. It seems very strange that the two generations before mine did not speak about family or skeletons in the closet. With the devices we have at hand today we will uncover the past and learn the facts, it may take time but with loverly people like yourself taking the time to help others, thine will be done.
Kindest Regards Olaf

Hi Allan,
I have been down this path myself, I believe that Thomas's father is Henry, as I also believe that the Henry mentioned is related to a family of Auliff's in England, the name is not that common since the Mac or Mc has been dropped off years before. I am not sure if the year 1843 is correct I took his age at death of the calander and come up with 1843. I also am of the opinion that this Thomas Auliff and Jane Johnson may not be the father of our Thomas. Thank you for your interest and look forward to anything else you may discover. Kindest Regards Olaf
