So far I have traced back to my great, great, great grandfather George Noble who married a Mary Noble (nee Noble) but I am unable to trace a marriage certificate. Mary Noble I think was born around 1813 and if I have researched this properly, she died on 29 January 1890.  Through the OPR I have found their son, Andrew Noble, who was born or baptised on 11 April.

Hello Maureen

I'm very new to this chat room business and also quite new to researching my 'Bredsie' roots. My mum was a Broadsea Noble and I myself was born in the Broch. Through Scotland's People I'm trawling through the records in search of my ancestors.  Although I have lived in Bucks for a long time now, I have recently renewed ties with my cousin who still lives in that part of the country and I'm going up to visit her around May time.  I can maybe add some dates to my research by checking out the not unsubstantial Noble plot in the cemetery.

Like I say, I am very new to this and hope you don't mind me having contacted you.

Regards

Isabella
