Dear Kate,

how are you?

I have Georgina's birth certificate, she was born in 1884, her husband Charles Alfred Marsh was a seargant in the 5th Royal Irish Lancers at the marriage in 1915. his address was Marlborough Barracks , it does not show an occupation for Georgina.

Georgina's address at the time of marriage was 55 Cobra Park, and looking at another marriage certificate (9th October 1900) of laura Elizabeth Taylor (georgina's aunt) the address is the same.

At Georgina's marriage, one of the witnesses was William Moore Laura Elizabeth Barden's husband.

Georgina and Charles were married at the Registrar's office in the city of dublin.

Georgina's grandfather Peter Barden died 2nd November 1881, do not know about her grandmother.

I hope this information is ok, the irish side of the barden family is very scratchy but we are still working on it

Thank you for all your help

regards

I am looking for any relatives /descendants of Patrick Joseph Barden and Barbara Ellen Barden (nee Taylor).

The Bardens lived in Dublin.

Patrick Joseph and Barbara Ellen migrated to Australia in the late 1880 's from Dublin Ireland.

They left a daughter  (Georgina Maria Barden) behind to be looked after by relatives. She later married  Charles Alfred Stone in 1915. Charles was a seargent in the army.  I would be very grateful for any information

Thank you

Nicky b
