Yes, that information is correct. I understand she(Sarah) was illegitimate? How does a woman, Janet Watson, at that time period come to have 3 children and not be married? And what of Campbell Hamilton? I know this must be correct because the name Hamilton, Watson and Campbell were used multiple times for descendents. Thanks. Danni

I am related to the same Barclay family as you. My ancestor was Elizabeth daughter of Francis who went to Alabama, had her first child in Scotland then back to Alabama then Nebraska.
