Oxfordshire Lookup Requests / Cote Chapel Registers

I would like to know where the Cote Chapel Registers are deposited please and also what period they are likely to cover.
I am researching the Williams family who farmed at Shifford and elsewhere, mainly in the parish of Bampton. They were Dissenters, and I know that they had strong links with this particular chapel but there may be records with other chapels in the surrounding area. I would appreciate any advice as to where else I might find this information, including any C of E churches in the neighbourhood that they may have 'used' for ensuring the legality of a marriage.
If anyone has easy access to transcripts of relevant registers, I would appreciate help in tracking the marriage of Stephen Williams (c1771 - 1830) and his wife Martha (born c1775, Shifford; died between 1851 and 1861 in Shoreditch). I don't know her maiden name. Stephen Williams was the son of John Williams and Mary Selman.
