Rechecking the other label, it was signed by MR GILLBERT (cleaned April 26, 1958).  I have taken more pictures and will post them soon. 
I realize this site is not about antiques, but I am enjoying the discourse.  And, if I can find any history about my clock, that would be great.  Thanks, Gale

I just returned from being away for 3 weeks.  I really do appreciate your research. 
I just looked again at my clock.  There is another label above the one I already mentioned with the name M K Gillbert (2 L's) on it.  I will look more closely at it tomorrow.

Hello,  I am curious if you found anymore information about "Newlands"?  I was in contact with a gentleman from Catisfield today and he shared this link with me.  I was looking for the exact same place as you can see from the attachment.  I was requesting information about my grandfather clock that had this address listed when it was cleaned in 1956.
