Hi.  I have just received my Chromo2 results from ScotlandsDNA but have not yet got access to the raw data.  I am Haplogroup I-M253 Subtype I-S337.   I am willing to share the raw data when it becomes available.

Hello Mr W Mather
I'm Admin for various I1-M253, Z140 and surname Projects. We have a Facebook Z140 Project that you are warmly invited to join. It includes many F2642+ Y1884/S2158+ like yourself.  ;) plenty of close genetic kin. I am Y1884/S2158+ myself, plus I've tested another two subgroups down from there.
Hope to see you soon at: groups/I1.Z140.YDNA.Project. Or send me a private message if you prefer.

Kind regards
William Hartley

Suffolk / Re: GOOD family Bures St Mary, 1700s and 1800ss

Hello to all
I've just traced my son-in-law's GOOD family from 20thC Edmonton London back through 19thC Colchester to 17thC-18thC  Bures Suffolk.
Namely, to James GOOD b.1740 m.Sarah RUTKIN as mentioned in the thread, and his parents James GOOD b.1714 m.Mary GIBLING.
My reason for tracing the male line was to establish genealogy to go with a YDNA genetics test recently received, ie, I know which haplogroup this male line belongs to and am now further testing SNPs to link the genetics with the genealogy. Also tested was his autosomal DNA.
I have been an FTDNA Administrator and genetics consultant the past decade, and a professional genealogist for 20 years.
If anyone wishes to exchange info regarding this particular family, I'd be happy to oblige.
Thank you.
Best regards
William
