Just saw your message as I was Googling Annie Davies - she was the daughter of Richard and Hannah Davies of Pontycymer, Glamorganshire. Her older brother David Richard Davies (1889-1958) was a theologian, journalist and cleric. His biography will shortly be added to the Dictionary of Welsh Biography website http://yba.llgc.org.uk/en/index.html
