Found this page while searching my own Family history on the net. I know it is a while since the original post but hope this helps.
George (17th Dec 1815) is my Great Great Grandfather and I have found this page invaluable, thanks. As for the parents, they were William Orr and Jean Haig(s) married 1813 (Livingston) George's siblings included John (1814) Jean (1819) and William (1822).
I have registered now and shall have fun searching about. If George was a relative I would love to hear more.
