Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Re: How did this two-year-old child die?

I'm not sure it's "that".

The last letter does not match the "t" at the end of "cart", and there is an extra downward if it's a "t" at the start.

Wheel or horse would make sense but I can't get close to making them fit the letters.

On Ancestry 1861 Census - Lancashire - Preston - District 52 - 27/55

Francis  Head
Ann  Wife
Ann  Daur

Surname is transcribed as Morison, but I would say it looks more like Mouson.

It does look like RA. I wonder if he was attached to a bomb vessel as an ordnance officer?

The 1964 obit gives her age as 74. This would make the dates 1890 and 1964. The 1966 obit does not give an age. Was Nadia Eley 74, but Julia James was not? And if not what year should her birth be?

This is the 1964 obit - could this be giving a false year of birth and death for the Julia James that is being looked for

Technical Help / Re: Ancestry saying user has no trees when there is one!
« on: Sunday 29 October 23 18:25 GMT (UK)  »
Does the tree you can find start with her, or does it start a generation or two apart?

I have a vague memory from years ago when I first started on Ancestry. I tried to start a tree for each grandparent and work from there, (not including my parents generation and my generation). I know there was something Ancestry didn't like about that, but I can't remember the specifics.
