Does anyone know if it is possible for me to find out if the bakery at 30 Ormond street B'ham where my grandparents ( Thomas & Hannah Emery) lived and worked was owned or rented by them?

I am trying to trace the graves of my grandparents and I'm not sure how to go about it.
My grandfather was Thomas Emery he died 16th February 1920 and was interred at Witton cemetery
My Grandmother was Hannah Emery she died 1st September 1925 and was interred in a family grave at Warstone Lane cemetery. I no longer live in Birmingham and I'm trying to get as much info: as possible before visiting.Can anyone help me please?

I am new to Roots and have just picked up your posts about Belmont and Tyntesfield. Thought you might like to know that Belmont has just gone on the market with apx 220 acres with a price guide of £3,200,000. All the best with the book.
