Francis Sephton b. 1759 is her 5 great grandfather.

I was wondering if you had any children before Thomas (1827).
As they got married in 1819 it would seem odd to wait 8 years before their first child.
Even though I was born 15 years after my parents were married and I'm an only one.  ;D

heres one
Another piece of evidence I have for this is that (1827) Thomas' son Elijah (1850) was born in Bulkington.
So that gave it a bit more credibility.

My 3x Great Grandfather is Thomas Argyle
I have him as son of Thomas and Mary.
My theory is that he is not listed on the 1841 census at home - but rather at work as he is aprentice tailor.
The years and dates fit as it is the only Argyle household in Hinckley.
