1851 Census HO107 - Piece 1974

Folio 269; Household 33 - Norton
William WOOD, Head, M, 36, M, Farmer's shepherd, WOR, Eckington

William WOOD, Son, -, 6, M, Schollar[sic] at Home, WOR, Eckington
Charles WOOD, Son, -, 2, M, Schollar[sic], WOR, [not stated]

Eckington is the parish immediately adjoining Bredon's Norton to the North - in Pershore Registration District

I can find several of the children listed in the Bredon's Norton parish register in later censuses.  I haven't as yet been able to find the 1871 census household of William, Mary and Thomas to confirm if the 1851 and 1881 census households you have found so far refer to the same family.

Starting with John Wood, born  09 April 1843:
 1891 census

John WOOD, Head, M, 48, Hop & Seed porter, Bredon Norton Worcestershire
Ann WOOD, wife, M, 52, Collington Herefordshire

Tom WOOD, Son, S, 17, Stone mason's apprentice, Northamptonshire Wellingborough

Street Address:  49 Winstanley Rd
Civil parish:  Wellingborough

*Note: Ellen's place of birth is listed in the index as Soulgrave, but the closest I can
find to this in the form of a place that actually exists in Derbyshire is Youlgreave

1901 census  Charles Wood (born 14 Apr 1849)

Charles WOOD, Head, M, 52, Railway Guard, Worcestershire Norton
Jane WOOD, Wife, M, 50, Gloucestershire Boddington

Alfred WOOD, Son, 9, Derbyshire Hasland
Charles THOMAS, Boarder, S, 78, Railway engine fitter, Yorkshire Wadsworth

Street address: 5 Midland Terrace
Civil parish:  Hasland

In 1871 James Wood, who was born on Easter Day 1852 was a farm servant
in the household of Walter Gaskins in Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire.
Census details for James are as follows:
Name:  James Wood
Age in 1871:  19
Where born:  Bredons Norton, Warwickshire,* England
Dwelling:  Farm House
Civil parish:  Bishops Cleeve
Town:  Southam

*Warwickshire is a transcription error in the index (another one!!)
It's clearly Worcestershire on the original image!

Following is a possibility for the 1891 household of Walter Wood  born 27 Jul 1857, although his age is out by a year or two.

Name, Relation, Condition, Age Occupation, Where born
Walter WOOD, Head, M, 32, Railway Goods Guard, Worcestershire Bredon
Margaret WOOD, Wife, M, 32, Scotland
William WOOD, Son, 8, Yorkshire Normanton
John WOOD, Son, 3 months, Yorkshire Normanton
Jane KacKENZIE, mother-in-law, Widow, 58, Scotland

Street Address: 195 Wakefield Rd
Civil parish:  Normanton

Eckington is the parish immediately adjoining Bredon's Norton to the North - in Pershore Registration District.

A read-through of Bredon's Norton Baptisms Register 1841-1866 showed the following WOOD:

Page/Number, Date, Forename, Parents' Forenames, Surname, 'Address', Father's occupation, Baptising Minister
  31/321, 1843 Apr 9, John, William & Mary, WOOD,
    Norton, Labourer, T A STRICKLAND
46/363, 1845 Dec 27, William, William & Mary Maria, WOOD,
    Norton, Labourer, G BAINBRIDGE Curate
50/393, 1849 Apr 14, Charles, William & Mary Maria, WOOD,

61/481, 1857 Jul 27, Walter,  William & Mary Maria, WOOD,
Norton, Shepherd, James L MEREDITH, Curate

A similar read-through of the Burials Index 1841-1901 revealed no WOODs at all -
