Hi - My ggrandfather was a gardener at Blenheim Palace and was listed as so in the 1901 Census.  His name was Alfred Mann and he was about 39 years old.  Ggrandmothers name was Harriet.  My grandfather also lived there, aged about 12, also named Alfred; his sister was Alice Mann and was born at Blenheim.   I cannot fully read where they lived on the estate but it was Spring L*** Lodge (maybe Lake?)  Does this help anyone / any further information available please?

Further info - I'm sure it was Spring Lock Lodge - it could now (2008) be called Keeper's Cottage, Springlock Gate.
