wow, thank you so much monica and annette ,loads of information[.i have noticed the spelling of the surname keeps changing by the 1960s it was vanbeck] i cant believe how much info you both got for me i am very grateful to you both

hi julie, george is my grandads brother,my grandad was thomas beveridge vanbeck born auchterderran in 1900 and died nov 1960.he was married to margaret johnston and lived in cardenden, i remember an uncle donald he was born in auchterderran in 1899

looking for any info on andrew vanbeck born 1864 in midlothian.i know he married isabella beveridge from falkirk and lived in cardenden in 1901 thanks

The IGI on familysearch shows Isabella Beveridge was born 5/4/1867 Falkirk, dau. of William Beveridge and Janet Hind.
