it took me ages to find her family but thanks to the birthday book that my friend has just discovered i found her family
I will have to get in touch with Ancestry and see if i can get a copy of the certificate from Harrys Ancestor
I am not sure if its our Jane but have pasted the 1911 census below

there was another daughter of Jane Tedder ,her name was Eva Maude Tedder born 1888 in reading ,the only one not born in Windsor
She is living with Grandparents  martha and George in 1891 age 3 but she is listed as Eva M Tayler not sure if this is typing error
In 1901 she is a servant with sister Edith and in 1910 she married George Edawrd Deane
I will get birth cert to make sure ,its odd she was born in reading and the others all in windsor although later she puts her birth as windsor
I think jane is listed in the 1911 census as mrs teddes cook in windsor
I have the birthday book of Eva Maud Tedder in which she has put Gran died in 1915 this would have been Martha Thorn i think
she has put mother died 1949 aged 81 although it looks like she was 89

Oxfordshire / Re: Healeys from Witney oxfordshire
« on: Wednesday 04 August 10 17:40 BST (UK)  »
Hi Thank you Polly and Pennie
yes this is the Family ,the 1841 census had them under a different surname Hoesley/Hailey ,they have all the family down to Mary except William
,Susanna is Susan but in the 1851 census Edward,Samuel,Mark,Henryand Ruth are added  but Mark is his Grandson which could be a mistake as in the 1861 census Henry is his Grandson which would be right as his Mother is Susannah Healey it doesn't look like she was married

Thanks this has put me on the right track

I am trying to find William Healey born 1803 in witney who was married to Hannah 1804
they are on the 1841 census but can find no trace of them previous to then,no trace of them on the family search site either
They seam to have had 16 children going by the census but 2  census list 2 children as grandchildren but i think there maybe more
I am esp interested in susan Healey born 1828 witney  not sure if she is a daughter or married a Healey who maybe was called James
,Healey has been spelt a few different ways ,i have found Hesley,Haley,Heeley are a few
thank you
