Leicestershire Family History Society website is at http://www.lrfhs.org.uk/  they have several groups covering different areas, and in the Members Interests section (searchable on-line) there are several people researching the surname Biddle/Biddles

Can I ask for a Billercay Parish Register lookup for the marriage of Thomas and Mary Crozier in 1757 please. Also the death of Mary Price, 80+ in 1841 Census for Great Burstead, Billercay, Essex.
Thanks

Essex Completed Lookup Requests / Mary Peering
« on: Sunday 06 August 06 23:11 BST (UK)  »
Mary Peering appears in the 1841 Census as the wife of John Peering, ag Lab, Cox Farm, Great Bursted, Essex. Both ages shown as 45.
Also listed is Mary Price 80+ at the same location, she may be Mary's mother.
Does anyone have info regarding this family?

Hi Bryant.
Thanks for the 1841 Census info.
I feel the connection may be there due to the Billericay link, however my Mary, William's mother, had her first child in 1757, which given her probable age at that time, would make her over 100 at the time of the census.
Thanks again, at least it gives me another avenue to follow.
rgds.
Harry

PS I have realized, the Mary mentioned may well be the wife of Thomas, William's elder brother. Thanks again.

Does the 1841 Census show place of birth if from another paris/region.
I am trying to track down William Price, son of John and Mary, bap 3 Sep 1769 Great Waltham and married Sarah Smith, 27 Oct 1792.
He may have passed away by 1841 and he had the following children.
William bn 25 Dec 1792 bap 13 Jan 1793(transported to Australia 1816), John bn 11 Mar 1795 Billericay, Sarah bn 31 May 1797 Billericay, James bn 9 Feb 1802 Billericay

Sussex Lookup Requests / John Funnell born 1754
« on: Wednesday 14 December 05 18:49 GMT (UK)  »
Hello Chris,
I have traced my ancestor John Funnell to his marriage in Mountfield on Nov 2 1780 To Ann Hilder.
I cannot find any earlier records in Mountfield which relate to him.
A corresponding birth in Whatlington, based on his age at time of death, on 25 June 1754, base born to Mary Funnell, is the only possibility I can find which may be his birth.
Is it possible to look up Whatlington deaths to determine if he may have died their or that he moved to Mountfield?
Thanks Harry
