Hi, my family lost contact with Robert Hetheringtons family.  He died on march 26th 1959.
He was living with his daughter dorothy and son in Law Kenneth Johnson. They had a son called Kenneth and they lived at;

409 2ND ST North
Humboldt
IOWA

Robert Hetherington had a sister called Hannah who married Joe Leist.
Their daughter Gladys lived at ROWAN IOWA in the 50's

Very Very pleased if you can help

Yes Joe

My mother was intouch with her relatives 50 years ago, but stopped due to the death of my father.

The last address we had was:
409 2nd st North
Humboldt
IOWA

She was writing to:
Dorothy Johnson, who was married to Kenneth L Johnson and they has a son called Robert.

Her father who was probably at the same address was:
Robert Hetherington who died on 26th March 1959.

There may be a link to Hannah Hetherington who married Joe Lsist and who's daughter lived in RowAN IOWA  -  She was called Gladys.

Pleased if you could help.

United States of America / emmigration from Teesdale durham to USA
« on: Wednesday 09 March 05 12:35 GMT (UK)  »
Hi I am new to this and wish to trace Hetheringtons who emmigrated from Teesdale to Canada/USA at turn of last century (circa 1900).

I know that some settled in North Dakota and Humboldt IOWA.

My mother was in touch until 1959  -  lost interest when my father died but would like to know now.

I believe that ther was a big fanfare at Middleton in Teedale railway station.

Help please

David Stewart.
