It is in the National Archives at Kew on Microfiche, but I have a nasty feeling that it was given to officers only.

Are you still looking for his records at TNA? If so, I can help, having just spent a few days looking up one of mine. You will need to visit TNA Kew as the records are not on line. Or pay a researcher.
The records are all there and great fun.
