I just found this thread... we're trying to find out more about the Kennedy side of our family tree, but keep hitting brick walls, or thousands of pages on the internet! I saw this thread with the names of James Kennedy and Mary Kyle. These people would be my 3rd great grandfather & grandmother. The relation to me is:

James Kennedy & Mary Kyle
  > their son John Alexander Kennedy married Elizabeth Maxwell
       > their daughter Elizabeth Jane Kennedy married David Kelly
            > their son David Kelly married Phyllis Unger
                 > their son David Kelly is my Dad

We've also been trying to find more information on David Kelly's parents of Robert Kelly & Mary Jane Swann.

Any relation??

Searching for my Great Grandfather, born in Lithuania - have no specific information. Only papers on file are his immigration to Canada in 1911 and marriage to my Great Grandmother, Marcela Snieckus in 1913.
I've searched other family research sites, and have had no luck in finding any "Unger" relations. I know that the last name may have been changed upon arrival to Canada from "Ungeritis" to "Unger". I have information on my Great Grandmother, she was born in Vilnus, Lithuania and I know they came to Canada together, married in British Columbia, but before that, I'm a bit lost.

Anyone have suggestions, help?
