Dear Jinks,I am trying to trace a James Nuttall who was a Electrical Engine Driver on the 1901 census. At that time he was living in Inkerman Street Blackburn with his wife Ann or Annie. I know this is a long shot but i hope he may still be in Blackburn.   Thankyou Patmel.
