On FreeBMD there ia a record of a Dorothy Ward marrying either Eric Goodhall (Goodhall) or William H Henson (wesley) or Edward O Precious (Palframan).......mothers' maiden names in brackets

This was in the Sept Qtr of 1912 in the Selby Reg. District....which covers North Duffield.

There is also the death of an Olive C Williams in March Qtr of 1925 in the Bristol Reg District but she was aged only 25 at death and if that is her marriage above then she would have been a bride at 14......mmmm!  ???

Olive was in America until 1932 so not her, she returned home with the two children   ;D

I am glad you cleared that up....

Are you aware than on FreeBMD there is the death of a Robert S Loffill in the Dec Qtr of 1933 in the Stoke Reg. District in Staffordhire (vol. 6b page 219). That would make his age at death to be 77 if born in 1856.

I do not know what the S stands for so it might not be him but then there is the Staffordshire connection again! And Loffills is not a common name. The mystery deepens.....

I do not know if you are aware of this but FreeBMD has the birth of a Arthur Henry Jellett in the December qtr of 1873 in the Edmonton Reg.District

No other records on FreeBMD unless a spelling error somewhere!
