You can check Scottish records on https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk free to search small fee to check records. However only one record for James with a variation

There are a number of Warnock's in Scotland, including Renfrewshire.

Looks likely that the marriage was at Fortingall and banns at Blair Atholl but you would need to check the records.
https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

DUNCAN CAMPBELL to MARGARET CAMPBELL
20/05/1795 Blair Atholl

DUNCAN CAMPBELL to MARGARET CAMPBELL
23/05/1795 Fortingall

Several possible children father Duncan but no Margaret Campbell's, only one that seems possible but no mothers surname.

JANET CAMPBELL
DUNCAN CAMPBELL/MARGARET
29/05/1796 Fortingall

Fortingall, Perthshire is 20 miles SW of Blair Atholl, Perthshire

Dumfriesshire / Re: McNaught

Looking at the female births in Wigtownshire in the early 1700, it looks more likely that Jannet (No Janet's in that period) and Mary were sisters. There were McNaught's born in the County during that period but no Duncan's.

There are possible marriages for John in Kirkcudbrightshire but more than 20 miles from Penninghame.
