I'm sure you are aware that Snaith is a market town in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
The 1921 census is on FindMyPast & Ancestry, she is with her parents & siblings.

The two Herbert deaths mentioned are both on the 1921 census and no Beatrice present. So that marriage seems unlikely. Elizabeth B is also on the 1921 census.

This is the only Beatrice birth I can find on GRO 1888-1897, so is the dob on free bmd death correct?

On freereg I do not see any baptisms for the name in Wednesbury but there are possibilities further north in Staffordshire, where the name sounds strongest with various spellings. I do not see any in the adjoining Counties.

Added. There may be results on other sites?

The irony of this post is that I was in the factory on one occasion in the late 1980s, by then it was owned by Coats Viyella.

I would not worry too much about the year until you know where the information came from, the point in this case there is no William Richard Clark/e born Liverpool 1874 +/- 2 years, the nearest is the one Carol posted.

Is this Susannah below?

CLARK, SUSANNAH    mmn COOK

If so do you have the marriage cert for her parents, likely the ones below. That will give you the name of Williams parents.

Marriages Dec 1897
William Richard Clark to Annie Cook
 W. Derby 8b 623
