My Family originated around Bedworth (beduth)My Great grandfather was a deputy at Newdigate Pit his father apparently went AWL during first world war and they changed their Name from Barlow to Barton so family tree very hard to trace especially since we live in New Zealand lots of people seam to trace back to Barlows barge company my Grandad was a very big man and went under the name of Jack Barton guess he could have been related to Jack Barlow.
When we lived in Bedworth visited several pubs mentioned plenty of choices used to be about a pub on every street corner.
