I know it is a long time you requested information on Eliza, but she is my 2nd Great Grandmother. I too are stuck back in 1801 London. I wonder if you found anything out about her birth.

Don't know if this is any use, but this is my side of the Peach family who lived around Kedleston/ Allestree in Derby.

Will Peach born 1650
son William born 1682
son Laurance born 1710 married Mary
son JOSEPH 1749 - 1824 MARRIED June Hannah Hall 1745 - 1811
John Peach 1785 - 1848 Married Frances Horlow 1800 - 1882
( Frances was his second wife his first wife Lydia died quite young )
Henry born 1830 married Rebecca born 1831

24. Henry Peach <d5.htm> was born about Sep 1830 in Kedleston, Derby and died about Jun 1893 in Derby aged about 62.

I'm getting old. The print I have of the 1841 census is not good and 44 looks like 66. Where I got 59 from I don't know. Anyway thanks for your help.

Thanks Carol for the info.

I am now looking for details of her birth, parents etc. The details from the 1841 census for Duke Street Derby give her age as 59. (Could this be 39). The 1861 census, 12 Edward Street, gives her age as 66. I know her husband died in 1837.

There are a good number of Woods in Bingham at that time but I can't find a Dorothy.

Can anyone help me trace a Dorothy Wood born about 1782 in Bingham Notts. Died in 1861 in Derby. Married Samuel Beighton in 1816 in Derby.
