Northamptonshire / William Baxter Kay
« on: Thursday 31 July 25 16:40 BST (UK) »I am trying to find the death of William . He was born in the Libeton area of Edinburgh in 1935 married in 1960 his wife was Irene Trench.
I believe he was dead when Irene died around 2005 In Scotland.
Family say he was on holiday with family in Northhamptonshire when he passed awy.
There is no death for him in the NRH in Edinburgh

« on: Saturday 04 May 24 18:32 BST (UK) »When they married in 1870 William was aged 37 and Margaret 22 .I thought perhaps he had died and Margaret had remarried a Barnes but I could find nothing on Scotland's People no death for either or any births for Jack or Albert Barnes

I only have the two children for William and Margaret maybe they emigrated to Canada and then had more .

No I haven't found them on any census in America or Scotland but I do have Margaret's
marriage in 1898 in Laurence Mass. she married Ernest Freer.
As there is no death for any other of the family in Scotland this led me to believe they had gone
together to America.

« on: Saturday 04 May 24 11:17 BST (UK) »I have William born in Ayrshire in 1832 his first wife Elizabeth Watson died around 1862 and in 1870
William married Margaret Walker in Dunoon Arygllshire he was aged 37 and she was 22
I believe they emigrated to America not long afterwards trying to find where and when he died.

Would you believe I was at NRH in Edinburgh yesterday found this information while looking for another Archibald Brown .
Jane remarried and had a family with her second husband .
