I managed to access the summary books on Ancestry yesterday and found the same as last posting, the records are indexed as xxx (where xxx is the street number), then Wylds Lane with any house name (eg 222 Wylds Lane Glenthorne)
Reviewing the birth certificate I now have it is very clear that the birth registration was falsified and then amended by statutory declaration ELEVEN years later and SEVEN amendments made changing what appeared as a "married parents event" into an illegitimate birth.
Am I right in saying there was a hospital near the western end of Wylds Lane.
Bowen is a name of interest but that is not on the certificate,
