Hi. Barbara.
I have a copy of the marriage certificate fro 1919 which gives me all the information needed.
The only problem is I can find  the Pilmer family back to Scotland but not the Gibson's.
Thomas was born 1895? Where ? .
Checked 1901 census for Thomas and his father Edward but don't really know when they
were born and where. Also checked the Lanchester census as that was were the marriage
took place. No Thomas William or Edward.

  Thanks for your help.

Is there anyone  researching the name Mc Nally.
Originally from Ireland. Could have come to Durham or Middlesbrough
after 1845. I have information from the census returns, but would
like to find some births etc. through the parish records.
Does anyone know if there are any parish records online for Middlesbrough.

   Thank You.

I haven't had much time to do any research.
I have checked the IGI's to no avail.

« on: Tuesday 28 February 06 21:47 GMT (UK)  »
Hello.

I worked at The Fenwick Department Store for over 32 years and have a book telling you about their history with photo's of the fashions and other interesting things. They are still a family run business. Mr John Fenwick is now in his 90's and is still living in Jesmond with is wife. A number of the children of the Fenwick family are now working in all their different stores as company directors.  The book I have is in hardback
and was compiled by members of the family and history from their archives. If your interested you can contact me on e;mail. (*)
