i,m looking for desendants of fred & muriel evans, who lived in shinfield, reading, until 1970.s. they had 4 children, cyril, evelyn, peggy, joyce & john,    Muriel came from wilts. fred had quite a few brothers and sisters. fred worked as a mechanic at a firm that used to be in friar st many years ago.

thanks for quick reply,. yes it was the couple mentioned , adelaide sarah died 1948, fred. james 1957.

trying to find descendants of frederick james brooks, married toi adelaide sarah cook., lived in elm park rd reading, 3 children, stanley, eddie, and hilda. i am hildas daughter.

Would that be Francis Reginald Barlow (born 1906) who married Hilda Dean in 1932, Wycombe reg. district?  Francis' entry on the CWG site says they lived in Piddington.  What exactly are you hoping to find?

My father lines all come from around the south Bucks area. I have also done a couple of other connected tree who like wise have many families from around this same area. More than willing to share any information. Have some parish records for Lane End, Cadmore End, Ipstone, Hughenden & Bledlow Ridge.
Some other of the many names I have are Hatt, Easden, Plumridge, Seymour, Oxlade, Carr, Druce.
