Angus (Forfarshire) / Dun cemetery

I took  a trip up today to have a look at a headstone I believe was in Duns and Hillside church but  there were only a few headstones in the old church grounds itself. It looks like they have put an extension to the side of the existing churchyard but no sign of the headstone there either? Not that I expected to find it as the headstone is dated in the 1600's!

am I looking in the right place? A fellow genealogist wrote to me before that he had trouble finding the "old cemetery", but one of his friends did find it later but I wonder if I am looking in the correct cemetery?
Does anyone know where I can find the old Dun cemetery which I suppose is not attached to the church itself?? if so could you let me know where to find it from the front of the church itself? distance, left, right etc??
I know someone local who works with me but they are unaware of any other cemetery other than the Sleepyhillock one which is on the outskirts of Montrose on the road to Dun? unfortunately today there was no one around to ask
the inscription should read "By George Eaton to father George 3 Jan 1744 age 52, mother Isobal Fife 25 Mar 1756 age 50. GE, MG, JE." and is mentioned in Angus Monumental Inscriptions by Alison Mitchell ???

appreciate any help?
Thanks
Eric

i have stumbled across my most distant great grandfather George Eaton who may have been born in Brechin (possibly - a bit of work to do on that yet!) married Isabel Fyfe and was living in the parish of Dun. from the OPR record i noted his siblings were born firstly in a place called "Cottertown or Cottown of balneilow" (i think!) secondly in a place called "Gleskenno" (see photos) and also in a place called little Fordden which i think is now Fordoun?
According to the entry he was a weaver, but what would he be weaving in the early 1700's? i would guess the places mentioned are now long gone or name changed but they must have been near water to have a method of powering a loom or would it be done by hand?
Appreciate any help on the place names and if any one has crossed my tree would love them to get in touch. my earliest relation prior to this was a William Eaton c1727 who married a Marjory Beattie abt1730 and they lived in Auchmithie.
look forward to hearing from anyone who can help
take care
eric

looking for some help from anyone on the below?
just starting out doing a family tree and got to finding out my great grandmother Isabella Cargill resided at 61 Auchmithie when she married my great grandfather Charles Coupar Eaton.
Her mother and father were John and Maggie Cargill (nee Spink) and she may have possibly had a brother called Harry? wondered if you could provide any further info on what kind of life they led, would they have had to continue the tradition of the fisher wedding (1915) and had to possibly travel to chase the herring in England, possibly before she was married?
my great grandmother was listed as an outworker when she got married, any ideas what this may have involved in Auchmithie? on looking up the word it mentions cotton working or working the fields or working from home??
appreciate any help you could possibly provide
many thanks
From Eric
