Hi... I'm not sure... Oral history says the oldest child may have been born at the Dublin Barracks however he was in the RIC at 18 and there is a period of time beefore they can marry. His wife was fom Mayo, he from Meath, he served in East and West ridings of Galway and at Kerry. All need a lot more narrowing down before I can guess a parish  :C   thanks for your suggestion

I do not have the marriage certificate as I still have not found the place they were wed. I have taken the marriage date of 16/5/1863 from his RIC register extract. This also states Terence's native county as Meath Dublin. It is the first time I have had any knowledge of Mary Annes place of birth (Mayo) on the 1901 census you sent me. I believe it was usually expected the marriage would take place in the wifes native county. ANY info/suggestions you could send me would be greatfully received. Cheers.

I have recently been given a very old photograph of a mother and child taken by H BIRD, photographic artist, Talbot Street, Stourbridge. It may be a photograph of my great-grandmother Sarah BIRD neeTIPTON (dau of Thomas and Rosehannah nee WYATT) as either the child or the mother. I am seeking information about H BIRD the photographer and/or his studio so I can date the photograph. I am also interested in any information about Thomas and Rosehannah or any of their family history. I can be contacted on
